In the video it was only my 3rd week doing them and as you can see i was struggling. You can do these anywhere even at home just find something to hang from. I’d suggest that you go talk to your school coach . He is a professsional in physical fittness and should be able to give you some really sound advice …

In the meantime ; cut back on any kind of Soda/Pop or do without it altogether ….

Drink at least eight 16 oz glasses of water every day …

Try eating a salad at least ONCE a day ..and only low cal dressing etc ….

Begin doing exercises like crunches , and standing with your legs locked and bending over and touching the floor with the tips of your fingers …. Then work on it over time so you can touch the floor with the palms of your hands ….

THANK YOU !!! All you have to do is eat clean and cut out crap from your diet and along with cardio/weight training . For those who dont know this but it 80% DIET and 20% training .
I just had a baby 3 months ago and by c-section .. I’m dieting my ass off and weight training and can see my abs already . SO really , being 42 yrs old as well there is no excuse .

Hey im 5’9ish 172 lbs… roughly 17 percent body fat (i think maybe a little lower). I typically do intense cardio 30-45 mins 5 times a week, as well as walk 18 holes of golf 3 times a week. I want to get six pack abs. I was wondering at what weight would i be able to see my abs? My diet is solid, high protein, low fat, low carbs, low caloric intake.

You’re prolly going to need to drop to about 6-7% body fat before you can see those abs, and your actual weight doesn’t have much to do with that. But, here’s the thing: you’re body always tries to stabilize itself. You’re doing 30-45 mins of cardio 5X a week, plus gold. I bet you’re doing the same cardio routine, right? When you do that your body stabilizes around your routine and adjusts your metabolizism to maintain your body fat index. If you really want to burn off a few more percentage pints you need to change up your routine on a regular basis. Set patterns give your body a way to adjust and stabilize.

Is there anything more I need to change, before I’m viewed as attractive?

Alright, I’m 17, obviously in high school and whatnot. I’ve been trying to get a girlfriend my entire life, and up to this point I never even considered what I’m about to, until now. I’m going to give you a little synopsis of my personality by observations by others. I’m usually considered a nice, sweet, funny, gentlemanly (Chivalrous), and an all around nice person. But, just like the concepts of Yin, and Yang, there is a darker side to me. At moments, I can be headstrong, jealous, and downright pissed off. The jealousy is towards couples, and not towards specific individuals. (The final ones is only common among those whom I don’t like/distrust)My hobbies include manga, anime, video games, martial arts, going out with friends, writing, and a few other things not worth mentioning. Physically, I’m muscular, but, I’m not ripped, nor do I have abs, I’m about 5’10 and 200 pounds. Also, I have a shaved head, and I do it, because I have patches in my hair, and it looks good on me, better than I did when I had hair. So, for the entire time my libido has been guiding me towards finding a woman, its obvious I don’t have much luck, and, from what I’ve been seeing, only attractive people seem to be able to get into relationships. So, due to this realization, I’m thinking about changing two things about myself. First of all, perhaps I need to become more attractive by constantly and consistently working out much more often (Maybe every day of the week), and the second being the fact that I need to act more casual, and not care whether I get rejected, or not, and other things pertaining to women. For example: believing every girl that tries to start a conversation with me likes me, being too attached to said women who give me a chance to speak with them, and my impatience and asking them out on like…the second day of knowing them, and stuff like that. So, for the working out things, if you can give me some useful tips on how to get ripped and gain muscle as fast, and efficiently as possible, it’d be appreciated.

Why do I feel so much STRESS all the time?

I don’t know why I always feel slightly stressed, or worried about dumb things…my mind is always racing….I’m thinking a lot all the time…usually about the future. Alot of things aggrivate me…I come off as a jerk sometimes, but the smallest things annoy me and I’m very jittery alot of the time.

I work out every day….I eat extremely lean, I have incredible stamina and a great ripped body. I have 6 pack abs an incredible physique. But I’m never seem to be 100% happy with myself I always find faults in my persona…I have accomplished alot for a 23 year old.

I have been with beautiful women..I attract them with slight efforts.
I have become a pilot
I have the body I want
I write incredible rap lyrics..and I’m improving
I play the cello and very musically cultured
I read on social dynamics
I am almost finished with college

All these things I have accomplished but I still feel pressure inside or stress. My blood pressure is a little bit high and I don’t see why, because I’m very athletic and eat very well…but here are some things that annoy me.

-my moms annoying piercing voice is like acid in my brain
-my sister’s attitude always throwing things around the house
-my mom always complaining about something
-my sister telling me what I should do (lecturing), super annoying
-not having a job right now…i enjoy having money -_- but i find it hard to maintain jobs, i get fired alot
-lack of motivation…just really bored

Things that make me happy
- being away from home..I can’t stand the women I live with (mom sister and grandma, but grandma isnt so irritating).
-getting attention from beautiful women…girls in the gym, school etc.
-going on dates…I love it! whether it goes good or bad
-having money
-my motorcycle, beautiful ninja ..shes a beauty.
-looking at planes flying by…just eases my mind. I love aviation!

There..so if anyone could figure out how I can get my life more stress free or how I can improve in areas that need improvement…let me know..I’m open to advice! Thanks.

Hope you take a good look at this answer:

Maybe having more of a positive outlook on life and not counting the things that bother you could help. Also, along with not counting the negatives in life, don’t count the positive things about yourself either. More modesty might help, not saying that you aren’t modest. Truth: I don’t know if you really are or aren’t.

You might need a little more to be happy, by the way. That list is too short.. Just look for more things that you might be interested in. You’ll feel more liberated, I believe, by seeing what the world still has to offer you. (Slightly off topic suggestion: Give back to the world too! Maybe you’ll find more happiness in that than you ever had experienced before).

I find that lists are good for these sort of questions: the self-help questions, but don’t get super hooked on them. They can start to rule your life, which increases stress and jitteriness, which you mentioned you had, if you keep listing and listing things about yourself. Grocery lists and other lists like that…sure, they’re the good lists to write every once in awhile, of course. Friendly suggestion, make lists when you feel unhappy about yourself or if you do not feel right about yourself.

For the little things that annoy you, just walk away from them for awhile. Your family is entitled to act the way they want, but if they SO bother you, ask them kindly, straightfoward, and to the point: e.g., Can you stop it (whatever “it” is)? You’re bugging me.

so im planing to get in shape im 17 , im like 5’10 i use to weight 187 now i lost 10 pounds 177. :) . i been working for like 3 months and see nothing in muscle. i stop working out after like 5 mins cause i run out of exercise to do, pliz tell me what to eat and how to work out, i have BENCH PRESS, THE BAR TO DO BISEPS , PERFECT PUSH UP, IRON GYM, THE ONE CHAIR THATS FOR YOUR ABS, DUMB BELLS. so if u could hep me out, ALSO my back y kindda in a curve like woman do, and im a guy , can that get fixed by working out and how? Workout routines are what exercises, how many sets, how many reps
etc. That you do for each muscle.
Remember these things when making up your routine:
1) Work chest, triceps and shoulders on the same day, and biceps and
back on the same day so that it’s ok if the secondary muscles get
worked that day, because your doing them anyway.
2) Separate those muscles that work a secondary muscle so that they
are far enough apart not to overtrain you. For example, do Chest
Monday, triceps on Wednesdays, and shoulders Friday, and biceps
Monday with chest, and back Wednesday or Friday.
Here are a few sample split routines and workout programs.

Monday – Chest/Back

Wednesday – Legs

Friday – Shoulders/Arms

Would it be easier to get a six pack if i lost weight first?

i am doing ab workouts and i feel that they are not very effective, maybe because of belly fat.
i am wondering if it would be more effective (faster to get abs) if i lost weight ( belly fat included) and then work on my abs.

You lose body fat in order to see a 6 pack. (Its hard, I know lol)

I think for men, your body fat has to be around 10% to see abs.

Im having trouble completing my six pack?

Im the age of 15 and for some odd reason I can only get the top 4 abs to come in then it becomes more fat. But thats the thing im not really fat at all. I do ab workouts I have the abs underneath the little bit of skin. People are gonna say do cardio but I can run a 5:30 mile. im not lazy I run 3 nights a week atleast for 45 minutes. playing soccer. Maybe I should eat a little better? I eat fast food sometimes But I do NOT drink soda at all. Any tips? I have been trying to get a six/eight pack for months like Cam gigadant but im starting to assume maybe my body type just wont let me.. :/ Help?

is there any good workouts that can give me quick and fast great abs? I want a four pack in like three weeks and my brother wants a six pack in four weeks. He can go longer for workouts. Also, I really want to target my lower abs. suggestions??
I am also very skinny. I’m really muscular in the legs and arms, but not abs. I’m thirteen. My brother is sixteen and hes a little on the chubby side:)

I don’t know what your current body fat % is, but it has to be pretty low to be able to see the abdominal muscles. If you are not already doing so, try to do cardio 30-45 mins 4-5 days a week to shed some body fat.
Lower abs are the hardest to work… Lay on the floor with your arms at your sides and legs straight up at a 90 degree angle. Engage your lower abs and lift your hips/butt off of the floor. Work up to 3 sets of 15. I’ve gotten some good moves off of youtube actually. Search for ab workout on youtube…. It’s easier to see some of the movements than someone typing them. Good luck, but know that 3 weeks is a very short time period to get ab definition.
